Ashley and Katrina originate from Christchurch, New Zealand and have extensive experience within the funeral industry. Their family consists of 4 sons; the eldest who is adopted is a Maori with one Tongan parent. Next are the twins who are their own children and last is the youngest boy who is also adopted, he has Samoan birth parents. And last but not least they have an Australian and an Aboriginal grandchild. Due to the multi cultural diversity of their family Ashley and Katrina have a wide interest and knowledge of Polynesian and other cultures.

Over many years serving bereaved families Ashley and Katrina have developed the necessary skills that ensure that your every need is taken care of. And leave you with the sure knowledge that both you and your loved one has been treated with the utmost respect and dignity.

Keresipi Vagana “Pi” is a member of the Samoan Community. Consequently, for members of the Samoan community who prefer to speak Samoan “Pi” will come to your homes to make all necessary arrangements. This way there can be no mix ups or misunderstanding.

Lee Henry ACMC JP (Qual) Funeral Director. Lee who comes from Whangape of Te Rarawa/Te Aupouri is well known within the Maori community. For many years she has taken an integral part of numerous Tangihanga.

Lee has a full understanding of all Maori protocols and is available to assist families with their individual needs.

Lee is also an experienced funeral celebrant and registered marriage celebrant; consequently, for many families she is more than just a funeral director.
