SUREPLAN FAMILY FUND

Anyone can join as
long as they are aged between 11 years and 55 years

cover: - Polynesian Funerals will receive your full
entitlement within one
working day of our fund being notified of the death.

Lifetime cover: -
You only pay until you are 60 years, but your
benefit continues for a lifetime

Low fixed premiums:
- The current minimum fortnightly premium is $165
and your premiums will remain unchanged unless you
take additional benefits.
This benefit can be
used for all types of funeral, including Burial and
Cremation her in Australia. Or it can be used to
take you back to your home country. This fund
will cover all cost incurred her in Australia as well
as air transport and most probably the funeral
expenses in an overseas country.
Option 2
SUREPLAN GOLD FUNERAL BOND
There are many
advantages in investing in a Gold Funeral Bond

responsibility, and that your family will be spared
the additional financial stress when they are
grieving your passing.

sufficient funds within a few days to pay for your
funeral or the related costs to get you back to your

up to $5,000 invested in Sureplan Gold is currently
exempt from pension assets test and income test.
